SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	(17) SUBSEQUENT EVENTS During February 2023, the Company entered into a lease agreement for approximately 41,427 square feet of office space for the operations of ZMS in Englewood, CO. The lease commences on July 1, 2023 and runs through December 31,2028. At the expiration of the lease term the Company has the option to renew the lease for one additional five year period. The Company is entitled to rent abatements for the first six months of the lease. Payments based on the initial rate of $24.75 per square foot begin in January 2024. The price per square foot increases by an additional $0.50 during each subsequent twelve-month period of the lease after the abatement period.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
