The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Dino entertainment AG leaves the Neuer Markt Price fixing in the Geregelter Markt has been applied for starting 3rd December Stuttgart, 29.10.2001. Dino entertainment AG has declared to Deutsche Börse AG that the registration of its shares in the Neuer Markt will end on the 30th November 2001. At the same time, an application has been made for its share price to be fixed on the Geregelter Markt on the Frankfurt securities exchange on the 3rd December 2001. Dino justifies this change in sector in particular because it will be able to make considerable savings by no longer being subject to follow-up admission control in the Neuer Markt. In addition to which, given the current situation in the capital markets, the executive board at Dino says that it does not reckon with a positive boost for their capital to be taken up. The executive board at Dino regards the step as being the logical consequence of the restructuring programme being initiated for a return to profitability. In the course of measures being taken to increase efficiency, Dino will also be bringing its activities in the New Media sector to a close at the end of the year. According to Dino, the investment expenditure for building up and expanding this line of business are far too high in relationship to the potential earnings. The internet communities 310k.com and girlsplanet.de as well as the printed magazine of the same name will no longer be brought out as a result of these measures. The New Media sector will be completely closed down at the end of 2001. Five of the eight staff will be leaving the company. The others will be assigned to work on other new projects in the print sector. At the moment Dino is trying to find out whether a buyer can be secured for the girlsplanet.de brand which has been launched.
