Business Media China closes Preferred Partnership Deal with Portland

Stuttgart/Beijing, May 6, 2008 – BMC Flying Dragon, Business Media China’s
airport specialist and one of the leading providers of airport advertising
in China was able to secure an important cooperation agreement with
Portland China.  Portland is the Chinese representative of Kinetic
Worldwide the outdoor advertising specialists of the largest agency network
of the world WPP Group PLC. 

In the future, BMC Flying Dragon will exclusively take on various functions
in the field of airport advertising for Portland China. These include, in
addition to the sale of its own media formats and the purchase of other
media formats, advisory functions with regard to optimum airport coverage
and the use of new technologies. BMC Flying Dragon will carry out or
support innovative advertising projects which will necessitate close
cooperation between the airports and the advertisers.

On the part of Portland China/Kinetic Worldwide, the agreement covers all
the clients with airport budgets and targets predominantly the top 15
airports in China.  Customers of Portland China/Kinetic include companies
from all industry sectors such as Lenovo, Nestlé, DHL, Motorola, Sony
Ericsson, LG or Red Bull.  Kinetic, represents customers of the four major
WPP media agencies – MindShare, Mediacom, Mediaedge:cia and Maxus (also
known under the name 'Group M').  The WPP Group is active in over 100
countries and forms the extensive worldwide agent network. In 2007, the
Group had a billing volume of approximately 39.5 billion Euro and achieved
revenues in the amount of approximately 7.7 billion Euro.
