For the admittance of 1.454.322 ordinary shares, whereof
413,100 shares – ISIN DE000A0DRXJ9 / WKN A0DRXJ –
As well as
41,311 shares – ISIN DE000A0JCYX7 / WKN A0JCYX –
As well as
999,911 shares – ISIN DE000A0H51R2 / WKN A0H51R –
with a nominal value of EUR 1,00 per share and full dividend rights as of
January 1, 2008.
The prospectus has been accepted by the Bundesanstalt für
Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) on June 27, 2008. A full version of
the prospectus is published on the website of Business Media China AG
(www.businessmediachina.com), according to § 12 Abs. 1 Satz 1 WpPG and § 14
Abs. 2 Nr. 3 a WpPG.
The shares will accepted for trade probably as of July 11, 2008 on the
regulated market of the Frankfurt stock exchange (General Standard). As of
the day of the quotation, probably July 14, 2008, they will be equal to
ISIN DE0005250401.
