Following the Company's name change voted at the Annual General Meeting on
November 21, 2011, Enerxy AG has changed its stock market symbol. As of
today, bearer shares without par value of Enerxy AG (ISIN DE000A1E89S5, WKN
A1E89S5) will be quoted at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the stock
market symbol EXJ.
In addition, the activity classification of the Company has been changed,
it will from now on be part of the Business Services sector.
