Property and equipment consisted of the following:

Other property and equipment consist of other equipment and miscellaneous computer hardware. 

 

Depreciation expense pertaining to property and equipment was approximately $0.1 million and $0.1 million for the years ended July 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively.

 

The Company’s headquarters are located at 520 Broad Street in Newark, New Jersey, where it occupies office space in a building owned by its subsidiary. The table above excludes the 520 Property which was classified as held-for-sale as of July 31, 2022 and 2021. Refer to Note 2 and Note 19 for further information on the 520 Property.
