For the three months ended September 23, 2012, options to purchase 206,000 shares of common stock at exercise prices ranging from $3.11 to $5.51 were excluded from the computation of diluted EPS because the options’ exercise prices exceeded the average market price of the common shares for the period. For the three months ended September 25, 2011, options to purchase 40,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $3.17 were excluded from the computation of diluted EPS because the options’ exercise price exceeded the average market price of the common shares for the period.
