Employment Agreements	(13) Employment Agreements The Company has entered into employment agreements with its full-time and part-time employees. Each employment agreement provides for a salary for services performed, a potential annual bonus and, if applicable, a grant of restricted common shares pursuant to a restricted stock agreement. Four of the employment agreements address expense reimbursements for relevant and applicable licenses and continuing education. Employment agreements are amended each successive one-year period, unless terminated.
