Morten Bergsten, employee representative of the Supervisory Board of Dalhoff
Larsen & Horneman A/S, leaves the company on 31. December 2009 and at the same
time he resigns from the Supervisory Board. 

As elected substitute member of the Supervisory Board to Morten Bergsten,
Johannes Sørensen enters the Board.
