7. Subsequent Events	7.     SUBSEQUENT EVENTS During January 2017, the Company sold 95,500 shares of common stock at $1.00 per share for an aggregate purchase price of $95,500. During January 2017, the Company paid back $30,500 short-term loan back to Masateru Higashida. During January 2017, the Company paid back $20,000 short-term loan back to From East Holdings ("From East" [aka NuZee Co., Ltd]).
