Fair Value, Measurement Inputs, Disclosure [Text Block]	(13)         Fair Value of Financial Instruments Cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable and accrued liabilities are reflected in the consolidated financial statements at their carrying amount which approximates fair value because of the short-term maturity of those instruments. The carrying amount of debt outstanding at December 31, 2014 under the Credit Facility approximates fair value because borrowings on the Credit Facility mature January 2016.
