Segment Data
 
The Company is organized into two business groups, Sypris Technologies and Sypris Electronics. These segments are each managed separately because of the distinctions between the products, services, markets, customers, technologies and workforce skills of the segments. Sypris Technologies provides manufacturing services for a variety of customers that outsource forged and finished steel components and subassemblies. Sypris Technologies also manufactures high-pressure closures and other fabricated products. Sypris Electronics provides manufacturing and technical services as an outsourced service provider and manufactures complex data storage systems, trusted solutions for identity management, cryptographic key distribution and cyber analytics (see Note 17 “Subsequent Events”). There was no intersegment net revenue recognized in any of the periods presented.
