Share-based Payment Arrangement [Text Block]	( 8 ) Stock-Based Compensation During the six months ended June 30, 2019, the Company granted options to purchase 691,000 shares of our common stock under a long-term incentive program. The options have a five -year term and cliff vest at three years of service. The grants did not have a significant impact on the Company’s consolidated financial statements during the three and six months ended June 30, 2019.
