Share-based Payment Arrangement [Text Block]	( 8 ) Stock-Based Compensation During the three and six months ended July 5, 2020, the Company granted options to purchase 930,000 shares of our common stock under a long-term incentive program. The options have a five -year term and cliff vest on the third anniversary of the grant date. The grants did not have a significant impact on the Company's consolidated financial statements during the three and six months ended July 5, 2020.
