Subsequent Events [Text Block]	(21) Subsequent Event On February 7, 2024, the Company received the proceeds of $2,500,000 from GFCM and further amended the Note to increase the amount due on April 1, 2027 by $2,500,000 to $5,000,000. The amendment increases the aggregate amount previously loaned by GFCM to the Company from $6,500,000 to $9,000,000. All other terms of the previously amended Note remain in place.
