SUBCRIPTIONS RECEIVABLE	Subscriptions receivable are subscriptions made for the purchase of shares of the Company’s common stock in a private offering whereupon the subscription was made but the cash payment for the subscription was in transit. The balance of this account was $25,000 and $0 as of December 31, 2014 and 2013, respectively. The monies for the December 31, 2014 balance were received by the Company in January 2015.
