Subsequent Events	NOTE 13 – Subsequent Events Facility Lease On July 1, 2021, the Company entered into a non-cancellable facility lease (the “New Lease”), pursuant to which the Company agreed to rent office space for its research and development operations located at 718 University Avenue, Suite #111, Los Gatos, California. The term of the New Lease is eighteen months. The facility space under the New Lease is approximately 1,162 square feet. The Company took possession of the office space on July 2, 2021. The initial monthly rent under the New Lease is approximately $4,241.
