Subsequent Events	NOTE 14 - Subsequent Events On October 25, 2024, we entered into the Zimmer Amended and Restated Distribution Agreement with Zimmer pursuant to which we granted Zimmer the exclusive right and license to distribute our OneRF Ablation System for an upfront payment of $3.0 million, with eligibility for an additional $1.0 million payment from Zimmer upon achievement of certain specified net sales milestones. On November 7, 2024, the Company terminated the Debt Facility Agreement and no amounts were drawn under the Debt Facility Agreement, The Company and paid the standby fee of $125,000 to the Lender.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
