Concentrations	NOTE 11 - Concentrations Revenue For the year ended September 30, 2025, one customer accounted for 97% of the Company’s product revenue and 4 customers accounted for the remaining 3% of product revenue. For the year ended September 30, 2024, one customer accounted for 90% of the Company’s product revenue and three customers accounted for the remaining 10% of product revenue. Supplier concentration One contract manufacturer produces all of the Company’s Strip/Grid Products and sEEG Products and another supplier was responsible for the development and manufacture of the Company’s OneRF Ablation system.
