1. Nature of operations	Mogo Inc. (formerly Difference Capital Financial Inc.) (“Mogo” or the "Company") was continued under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) on June 21, 2019 in connection with the combination with Mogo Finance Technology Inc. (“Mogo Finance”) as further described in Note 17. The transaction was accounted for as a business combination, with Mogo Finance as the accounting acquirer. Accordingly, these financial statements reflect the continuing financial statements of Mogo Finance. The address of the Company's registered office is Suite 1700, Park Place, 666 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, V6C 2X8. The Company’s common shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) and the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “MOGO”. Mogo — a financial technology company — offers a finance app that empowers consumers with simple solutions to help them get in control of their financial wellness. Using the Mogo platform, users can sign up for a free account and begin to learn the 4 habits of financial health and get convenient access to products that can help them achieve their financial goals.
