Subsequent Event, Description	In August 2016 the Company received an order from a prime contractor for the end user, a major California oil producer, to retrofit flares. Including a test installation that is nearing completion, the multi-flare order exceeds $1 million and is expected to be completed over six to twelve months depending on the customer’s schedule.
