Note 11 – Related Party Transactions

In connection with the January 2017 rights offering described in Note 14, the Company paid the dealer-manager and placement agent, MDB Capital Group LLC (MDB), fees of $575,000 and legal fees and other costs of $60,000. In connection with the February 2015 underwritten public offering described in Note 9, the Company paid the underwriter, MDB, underwriting fees of $1,049,000 and underwriter legal fees and other costs of $55,000. MDB and its chief executive officer are significant owners of the Company’s common stock.
