Note 11 – Commitments and Contingencies

Employment Contract

On January 28, 2019, the Company entered into an employment contract with its President Dr. Colin ‘Jim’ Deller as described in Note 13.

Litigation

From time to time the Company may become involved in various lawsuits and legal proceedings which arise in the ordinary course of business. Litigation is subject to inherent uncertainties and an adverse result in any such matter may harm the Company’s business. As of the date of this report, we are not a party to any material pending legal proceedings.
