Subsequent Events	Note 9 – Subsequent Events Subsequent to June 30, 2022, the Company issued approximately 1,592 thousand shares to clirSPV LLC, at a price per share of $1.11, resulting in net cash proceeds to the Company of approximately $1,742 thousand. This offering to clirSPV LLC was executed pursuant to the Participation Right as described above in Note 6 - Equity. ​
