Note 7:    Shareholders’ Equity

 

Issuances of Common Stock

 

For the six months ended June 30, 2024, there were 666,578 shares of the Company’s common stock issued with a weighted average issue price of $1.61 per share, including 223,463 shares from the conversion of the Convertible Notes, 61,793 shares from the vesting of restricted stock units, and 5,569 shares from the exercise of stock options. For the six months ended June 30, 2023, there were 247,961shares of the Company’s common stock issued resulting from the vesting of restricted stock units with a weighted average issue price of $1.38 per share.

 

Treasury Stock

 

As of June 30, 2024, there were 12,253,502 shares of common stock held in treasury, at a cost of $18.9 million, representing the purchase price on the date the shares were surrendered to the Company.
