SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 16 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events through the date that the accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements were issued, and determined that no material subsequent events exist through the date of this filing that require recognition or additional disclosure in the accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements, other than as disclosed below. On January 6, 2026, John C. Love notified Portsmouth Square, Inc. of his resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective January 6, 2026. On that same date, the Board of Directors appointed Andrew Kaplan to serve as a director of the Company, effective immediately. These matters were disclosed in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Company.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
