Subsequent Events	18. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On January 5, 2018 the Company entered into a common stock sales agreement with a financial institution pursuant to which we may sell from time to time, at our option, through the sales agent, shares of common stock representing an aggregate offering price of up to $2.5 million. Sales of the shares, if any, will be made in transactions that are deemed to be “at the market offerings” as defined in Rule 415 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
