Note 20 — Foreign Operations

Prior to the Enterprise Apps Spin-off (see Note 1), the Company’s operations were located primarily in the United States, Canada, India, Germany, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. After the Enterprise Apps Spin-off (see Note 1), the Company’s operations are located primarily in the United States, India, Germany, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.
