Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities

During the three months ended December 31, 2022, we issued 1,511 shares of common stock under our dividend reinvestment plan. These issuances were not subject to the registration requirements under the Securities Act. The cash paid for shares of common stock issued under our dividend reinvestment plan during the three months ended December 31, 2022 was $5,424.
