Related-Party Transactions	(13) Related-Party Transactions As discussed in Note 7, in March 2019 the Company issued Notes in the aggregate principal amount of $530,000.  Three of the Company’s directors purchased an aggregate of $305,000 of the Notes. On January 31, 2020, the Company closed its IPO and the outstanding Notes plus accrued interest held by directors converted into 71,429 shares of Company common stock.
