Correction of voting rights notification on November 17th, 2015 of Mr.
Hans-Hermann Schaber, Germany according to Article 21 Section 1 of the
WpHG on November 16th, 2015
We announce that regarding the notification of voting rights of
Hans-Hermann Schaber, Germany, dated November 16, 2015, as published on
November 17, 2015, stating that its share in the voting rights of REALTECH
AG, Walldorf, Germany according to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG has been
withdrawn.
Same time, on November 18th, 2015, Mr. Hans-Hermann Schaber, Germany has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG via Shares its
Voting Rights on REALTECH AG, Walldorf, Germany have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on November 17th, 2015 and on that day
amounted to 3,009 % (this corresponds to 162065 Voting Rights). According
to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3,009% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 162065 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to HHS Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Pliezhausen, Germany.
