Related Party Transaction	During the six months ended September 30, 2019, the Company entered into consulting agreements with a member of its board of directors. Under the consulting agreements, the Company paid the director consulting fees of $62,500 in cash and options with a fair value of $37,500. The options were for a total of 22,374 shares of common stock, were fully vested on the grant dates and had terms of 10 years.
