Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 10 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company had agreed to pay Integrated Global Network, LLC (“IGN, LLC”), an affiliate of our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mukunda, an administrative fee of $4,000 per month for office space and general and administrative services. For the three months ended June 30, 2012, a total of $12,000 was accrued as payable to IGN LLC. When IGC acquired Ironman, the subsidiary company had a related party balance towards its Chairman. As of June 30, 2012, the amount due to the Chairman was $306,558.

NOTE 10 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
