Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 10 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company had agreed to pay Integrated Global Network, LLC (“IGN, LLC”), an affiliate of our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mukunda, an administrative fee of $4,000 per month for office space and general and administrative services. For the three months ended December 31, 2012, a total of $12,000 was accrued as payable to IGN LLC. Please also see Note 9 - NOTES PAYABLE AND LOANS - OTHERS.

NOTE 10 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
