Other Income and Other Expense Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 18 – OTHER INCOME Other income for the three-month and nine-month periods ended December 31, 2012 contains certain foreign exchange gains/losses arising on account of re-measurement of certain intercompany receivables between the U.S. holding company and the foreign subsidiaries. The total foreign exchange gain/(loss) for the three-month and nine-month periods ended December 31, 2012 amounted to $(159,015) and (334,722) respectively.
