Other Income and Other Expense Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 18 – OTHER INCOME Other income for the three-month period ended June 30, 2013 contains certain foreign exchange gains/losses arising on account of re-measurement of certain intercompany receivables between the U.S. holding company and the foreign subsidiaries. The total foreign exchange loss for the three-month periods ended June 30, 2013 and June 30, 2012 amounted to ($233,775) and ($346,577) respectively.
