Loans, Notes, Trade and Other Receivables Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 3 – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE Accounts receivable, net of allowances, amounted to $0.66 million and $0.96 million, as of December 31, 2016, and March 31, 2016, respectively. The accounts receivable net of reserves for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 comes primarily from the construction and rental of heavy construction equipment. The Company maintains an allowance for doubtful accounts based on present and prospective financial condition of the customer and their inherent credit risk.

The entire disclosure for claims held for amounts due a entity, excluding financing receivables. Examples include, but are not limited to, trade accounts receivables, notes receivables, loans receivables. Includes disclosure for allowance for credit losses.
