Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE 19 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company received an approval from the Institutional Review Board (“IRB”) , engaged a Principal Investigator, engaged a study site, and began enrolling participants for a Phase 1 trial on its Investigational Drug Candidate (“IDC”). The Company was informed of a theft incident related to $1.73 million of inventory held with a processor. The processor’s insurance is expected to cover the Company inventory and has assured delivery of complete inventory as per the agreement.
