Depreciation expense in Fiscal 2021 and 2020, amounted to approximately $462 thousand and $134 thousand, respectively. The net increase in total Property, Plant & Equipment is primarily due to the set-up of product manufacturing, processing, and packaging facilities, in the U.S. subsidiaries. The net increase in land is primarily due to foreign exchange translations because of an increase in value of foreign currencies. The construction in progress relates to the Washington facility under construction.
