DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION	NOTE 7 – DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION On April 26, 2022, the Company declared an in-kind dividend of $94,934,400 for the assignment of the due from shareholder and a cash dividend of $8,200,000 to pay the related withholding taxes; see Note 6 – Due from Shareholder. There were no such distributions during the three months ended March 31, 2023 and 2022.
