Related Party Transactions	M. Related Party Transactions At June 30, 2014 and December 31, 2013, approximately $4,739,000 and $5,589,000, respectively, was invested in United States Treasury money market funds managed by a related entity (the "Fund Manager") which is related through two common directors. One of the Company's directors, who is also a 10% stockholder, currently serves as a director and executive officer of the Fund Manager. Another of the Company's directors serves as a director and audit committee member of the Fund Manager. The fund transactions in the six months ended June 30, 2014 and the year ended December 31, 2013 were directed solely at the discretion of Company management.
