RELATED PARTY	NOTE – 10 RELATED PARTY A five percent shareholder of Milestone is also a shareholder of a major supplier of handpieces to Milestone. In addition, he is an investor in the PRC entity, Beijing 3H, which entered into a Medical Joint Venture agreement with Milestone. Milestone purchased $845,628 and $816,278 from the supplier for the six months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively. Milestone owed $1,058,912 and $943,313 to this supplier as of June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
