NOTE 11. LEASE COMMITMENTS

The Company has operating leases for office equipment that expire between fiscal years 2017 and 2019 and for office facilities in Canada that expire in 2018. Lease expenses totaled $397,000; $514,000; and $494,000 in fiscal years 2016, 2015, and 2014, respectively. Minimum non-cancelable lease payments required under operating leases for future periods, are as follows:
