SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to June 30, 2019, the note receivable discussed in Note 6, Notes Receivable, with a principal amount of approximately $199,000 was paid off in full prior to its scheduled maturity. Proceeds were received in July 2019 for the principal and all accrued interest, and no gain or loss was realized. In July 2019, one of the mutual funds advised by Galileo, the Galileo Growth and Income Fund, was closed and liquidated. The U.S. Global GO GOLD and Precious Metal Miners ETF, which is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker GOGO, is expected to liquidate on or about September 9, 2019. The U.S. version of this ETF, which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker GOAU, is not affected by this closure.
