Subsequent Events	Note 24. Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the date the financial statements were available to issue. Subsequent to December 31, 2022, VWFI has extended the termination date of its $25M offering until March 31, 2023. VWFI has raised $1,980,000 in conjunction with the $25,000,000 private placement offering to sell convertible promissory notes, which convert to VWFI LLC units, to accredited investors to raise funds to manufacture RPC Series B. Subsequent to December 31, 2022, VWFI has also converted $555,000 of convertible debt into VWFI LLC units.
