On October 27, 2011, the Company’s Board of Directors announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock paid on December 20, 2011. On January 31, 2012, the Company’s Board of Directors declared another quarterly dividend equal to $0.10 per common share, to be paid on March 20, 2012 to shareholders of record as of March 13, 2012.
