Cash Dividend On May 2, 2012 the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend equal to $0.10 per common share, to be paid on June 6^th to shareholders of record as of May 30, 2012. On August 7, 2012 the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend equal to $0.12 per common share, to be paid on September 6, 2012to shareholders of record as of August 30, 2012. On November 7, 2012 the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend equal to $.12 per common share, to be paid on December 6th to shareholders of record as of November 30, 2012.
