Subsequent Events	Note 15. Subsequent Events On July 16, 2025, the Company entered into a Subscription Agreement pursuant to which the Company invested an additional $4.5 million into Amplex Holdings, increasing the Company's ownership percentage to 66.1%. The transaction and its economic terms were provided for in the Stockholders Agreement, dated as of June 15, 2024, among the Company, Amplex Holdings and Mark R. Radabaugh, which was entered into at the time of the Company’s initial investment in Amplex.
