Schedule of Stock by Class [Text Block]	COMMON STOCK Under our Plan of Reorganization, the par value of our Common Stock was changed from $2.00 per share to $0.01 per share effective January 30, 2012. Effective January 30, 2012, 6,743,640 shares of Common Stock were issued to lenders under our second lien term loan, amounting to approximately 13% of outstanding shares on a pro forma basis.
