Stock repurchase program	Note 6 — Stock Repurchase Program On August 19, 2011, the Company announced that its Board of Directors authorized a stock repurchase plan providing for the purchase in the aggregate of up to $40 million of the Company’s outstanding common stock from time to time until February 2013. Through July 28, 2012, the Company repurchased and retired a total of approximately 3.4 million shares at an aggregate cost of $40 million, completing the repurchase authorization.
